- Reduce the causes of air pollution – contact your representatives and support policies and regulations aimed at reducing industrial emissions and improving air quality standards.

- At home, turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use to conserve energy and reduce emissions. And support energy-conscious businesses in your community.

Use public transportation, carpool, bike, and walk for short distances.
- Choose energy-saving strategies to reduce the number of individual vehicles on the road.
